I love that movie. Ellen DeGeneres plays Dory, who is happy despite a problem with her short term memory. Her way of dealing with everything is to “just keep swimming”.
It is a positive and delightful way of dealing with life!

Sally, Dory is very loved in my house. When I was going through a difficult time she was there for me. I found a stuffed animal of her at a local thrift shop and picked it up for $3. Now any time life gets me down, I can remember this little song. Just keep swimming
